Draft Comment Thread
The other draft thread is for picks only, this is where you can talk about the picks.

Have fun everybody.

There's no way you can go wrong with Marcus Paige. If he doesn't have any foot problems like last year, he'll be the best player in the league imo.

He ruined my season. Other than that, I love the pick. Smile

I would've taken him again this year if he fell to 3, even though I knew that was highly unlikely.

RE: Draft Comment Thread
The biggest question mark with Paige is how much his injured foot really affected him last year.

A pair of Tarheels are the top2 picks. Carolina should be really good this year.

What have I done?! Oh well, probably a reach but a lot of talented players to build a team with this year.

Didn't think he would go first round but could be a great pick.

I had Lee pegged for mid-late 1st round. He will easily be Louisville's best player. The stats he put up in Puerto Rico were incredible, and no one else was impressive.

I had Lee and two others tabbed, but went with my heart. Tiebreaker goes to the Cardinal.

Jackson was a good pick, especially bc grant is gone and it's now his team to run.

UofL had him listed as a guard. He doesn't play like a forward or play the 4 spot, so I left him as a guard.

PS: You're not allowed to post anything other than your draft pick when you're on the clock Tongue

Too many really good players to choose from. Makes it hard to pick.

I usually weigh height heavily when I make roster changes. If you're 6-6 in college, you're going to play some small forward, barring exceptions. I bet Lee is our starting three.

Bold move by the Shooters putting all their eggs in the Wake Forest basket. I hope the Deacs play a lot of CEBE Tournament games.

Meeks, according to my rankings, has the 2nd best average per 35 minutes last season...but as my brother can tell you, he ain't getting 35 minutes. I like the pick though.

Really? I was hoping to wait until the 3rd of 4th round to take him but then just said to hell with it and took him in the 2nd round bc it felt to risky to wait.

Sorry guys, was outside working on the deck with Ingram as my next pick. Once he got nabbed right before me, I had to wait till I got finished to take a look at the next available. I went back and forth with this guy and another great player. Hope Georges-Hunt was the right decision. It's one I'll be keeping a close eye on as the season plays out, and hopefully that ankle injury doesn't slow him down once the season starts.
