Niiiice. The Blues have had the run of play so far but a turnover lets Killorn beat Miller five-hole for a 1-0 lead at 7:08. Big Grin It probably won't take long for it to tie up.

RE: Hockey talk
The second goal took the wind out of the Blues' sails, the Bolts took control of the last five minutes. Gonna need a big 2nd from Bishop. Don't think I'm gonna be able to make it to the end of this one. lol

All Blues in the first 5 minutes of the 2nd and it's now 2-1 after a Berglund beaut.

Late in the 2nd and Backes couldn't handle getting checked by Hedman and tried to fight him after cross-checking Hedman in the back. PP TB with 4 minutes left in the period.

Fuckin Oshie scores shorthanded on a 3-2 breakaway after the Bolts misfire on a gimme at point blank. 2-2.

Blues seemed to ignite when we got that PP. It's been all St. Louis since then. The crowd really woke up with that 2nd goal and the Bolts were on their heels ever since. 2-2 after 2. I really should go to bed. lol

Bump.

Flip it over to the UK game. They're actually losing at home, at half to Alabama. Big Grin

Great pass from Backes from behind the net to Steen who makes a great little move in tight space right in front of Bishop for the go-ahead goal. 3-2 Blues with 15 minutes to play. Crowd is live. UK is still losing.

Bolts picked up the intensity after a Steen interference call and we've had a lot of chances to tie it but no cigar yet. Nine minutes left...

Why? Lol. Trying to fall asleep?

Refs have swallowed their whistle. Hammering bama inside every possession. Doing everything possible to get UK a victory. I can't stand to watch these cocksuckers.

Empty netter ends it with 39 seconds left. Bolts let a 2-0 lead bleed away. We need Stamkos back. He's shooting for Thursday.

Go Bama!

Unbelievable, they pulled the trigger on the St. Louis/Callahan trade. Done deal. Piss off Marty. If the team tanks the rest of the year then Fuck you Marty.

Yeah it should. Bolts are playing at Toronto in a big game for each team. Toronto lost to the Wings last night and need this one bad.

That's pretty sorry though. I mean, i might complain about how my team is playing, about the players or coaches, or lower my expectations of a season but im not going to do something like that. Go with the highs and lows. But props to the goalie for throwing the jersey back.

Just a week and a half and NHL playoffs will get going. So stoked. Blues lead the west by 3 with 6 games left. Hope they can hold on.

Well the blues sure petered out. Lots of injuries though. Hopefully they heal up before the playoffs start. Gotta play the blackhawks.
