Yeah! Great pass by Stammer to set up a beauty snipe by Jason Garrison. Eleven minutes in.

Stamkos got robbed on a gimme as well. But Johnson strikes again! Halfway through the 2nd.

Detroit crowd controlling the refs. :/

Wow, Kronwall elbows Kucherov hard in the face with nothing called, then Stamkos got interfered with. smh I should stop bitching now. We're not getting calls tonight.

Surprised a brawl didn't start on the hard hit. Looked like a targeted hit with some launch but who am I to say.

Tater salad scores two minutes into the third. Can the Bolts sustain the energy in the building? Not likely at this point.

I am not even going to watch the game tonight. Wings will look even worse this game than they did last game. Embarrassing. This used to be a proud franchise, but when you put a "C" on a guy like Zetterburg, who hasn't done anything productive since before the All Star break, and expect Paval to carry the team when he is injured more than he is not, well, you get what you see. A bunch of average hockey players running around chasing a talented team.

RE: Hockey talk
lol Get out of here with that. Tongue

This is anybody's game tonight, and if Detroit wins three games out of four in Tampa they will have earned the series win.

I don't know if you're in Louisville Dog but me and the wife are planning on going to Hikes Point Pizza Place to watch the game tonight. I could be wrong but I think it's a fairly hockey-friendly place. I'm gonna call in a minute and see if they'll put it on.

Looks like they're good to go down there. There's a guy that's there a lot who always has hockey on. Saw him in a Pens jersey once.
So if you guys want to join us feel free.

Just saw Zidlicky is out tonight as well. http://www.nhl.com/ice/blogpost.htm?id=3...l:topheads I expect the Wings to step up even more now.

And Babcock keeps running his yapper about how confident he is. I hope he's overcompensating for reality.

I have softball with my daughter most every night so I don't get out much, but you are right, I watched it. Thought the Wings played well the first two, but couldn't get it by Bishop. I knew the Bolts would play stronger in the third, they did and won.
Bolts are good, no question, and the Wings need to make a few adjustments. Detroit papers reporting the Babcock is likely gone, and I sure hope not, but we need one offensive and one defensive leader. But who doesn't?
At least my bracket is still in tact. I have the Bolts going all the way, and I hope they do.

Great series. It was very competitive and fun to watch if not the greatest of hockey.

We had a good time at the Pizza Place. They have a ton of tvs and they put the game up on most of them, including the really big ones over the bar. The guy running the place was a hockey fan and good guy, and there was even a friendly Wings fan(in a Tiger hat) there trying his best to will the win. We talked some good-natured smack and he came over afterwards to offer congrats.
I recommend the place for hockey. Smile

Bishop looking great tonight, but the rest of the team is a step slow. Don't know if the Habs are just well-rested from their break or what but the Bolts need to wake up fast. We're very lucky to still be 0-0.

Amazing finish last night with Tyler Johnson scoring the game winner with 1.1 seconds left. Too bad I went to bad halfway through the 2nd.

First chance to close it out tonight at 7pm.

Can't believe the Capitals are pushing the Rangers to the brink. Surely Holtby can't keep up his crazy-good play.
